Wolverines in Central Sweden
For the longest time I've been fascinated by the Wolverine. A creature so solitary that it thrives living alone in a territory as large as that of a pack of Wolves. While only as large as a medium-sized dog; they are powerful enough to pull a Roe deer or a young Moose into a tree.

Earlier this year I decided to venture out into the world and live a nomadic lifestyle for the foreseeable future. As I set out to Scandinavia by car; I gave myself something to work towards. Photographing Wolverines in the wild!
After reading into the behaviour of these creatures, and spending many many hours waiting, looking for a good spot, with the help of some local guides who know the animals quite well, I was able to capture some images of the Wolverines going about their daily routines.
The lighter coloured Wolverine is a female; likely scavenging food to bring to her cubs.
The darker coloured, one-eyed Wolverine is a smaller male. According to local guides, a larger male has settled in the area as well, who is most likely the father of the suspected cubs.
